Pelni Ferries: The state-owned Pelni Ferries operate routes connecting Java, Sulawesi, and other parts of Indonesia to Kalimantan. Land Crossings: There are border crossings between Malaysian Borneo (Sarawak) and West Kalimantan, such as the Tebedu-Entikong crossing. From these points, you can take local buses or taxis to continue your journey within Kalimantan.

River Routes: Some travelers opt for river routes from Sarawak into West Kalimantan, although this is more for those seeking a unique adventure rather than the fastest route.
